Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement who will lead three field-facing teams and drive a cohesive One Sanofi approach to payer and health-system engagement. You will shape medical engagement strategies with payers, PBMs, and health systems, translating evidence into actionable coverage decisions while advancing population health and care pathways.

Qualifications

Advanced medical or scientific degree and 10+ years in related roles.
Leadership experience with field medical, payer or health-system engagement.
Deep knowledge of the payer environment, healthcare systems and trends.
Strong data analytics, real-world evidence, quality improvement experience.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement teams, ensuring a cohesive One Sanofi approach.
Engage with national payers, PBMs, and GPOs to inform coverage decisions.
Tailor clinical and value evidence to regional plans and populations.
Serve as enterprise medical lead for health systems and drive care pathways.
Define and track KPIs showing medical value; manage field budgets.
