Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a visionary Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement to lead medical engagement strategy with payers and health systems. You will direct three field-facing teams and ensure a cohesive One Sanofi approach while preserving medical independence.

In this role, you’ll drive real-world evidence, AI-enabled insights, and population health priorities, translating science into payer coverage, formulary decisions, and improved patient outcomes across the U.S. landscape.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical or scientific degree (MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
• 10+ years in industry/clinical roles with field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, payer environments and policy trends.
• Expertise in data analytics, real-world evidence and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement teams across payer and health-system stakeholders.
• Inform coverage and formulary decisions through scientific exchange with payers, PBMs, and GPOs.
• Align field engagement with medical and access priorities across internal pillars.
• Define and track KPIs showing medical value to the business and customers.
• Oversee field budgets and ensure compliance with policies and governance.
