Sanofi in the United States seeks a Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement to lead medical engagement strategy across payer and health-system stakeholders. You will oversee three field-facing teams, drive evidence-informed decision making, and partner across Global and US Medical and Market Access functions to align medical and commercial priorities.

The role requires an advanced medical degree with 10+ years of industry/clinical experience, and fluency in business English.

Formación

• Advanced medical degree and leadership experience in medical engagement.
• Strong knowledge of health systems, payer environments, and regulatory landscape.
• Experience with real-world evidence, outcomes research, and clinical informatics.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement teams ensuring a cohesive One Sanofi approach.
• Engage with national payers, PBMs, and GPOs to inform coverage decisions.
• Direct engagement with regional plans, tailoring evidence to each population.
• Drive care pathways, quality improvement, and clinical decision support in health systems.
• Collaborate across Integrated Evidence & Patient Outcomes pillars to leverage AI/ML insights and data.
• Define impact measures and KPIs demonstrating medical value to the business and customers.
