Sanofi is seeking a strategic Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement to lead payer and health-system engagement efforts from a remote base in Cambridge, MA. You will shape medical engagement, drive evidence-informed coverage decisions, and oversee cross-functional teams working with payers, PBMs, and GPOs.

The role requires an advanced medical degree and 10+ years in field medical or payer roles, with strong leadership and global health-system insight.

Competenze

Advanced medical or scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
10+ years of related industry and clinical experience, including field medical, payer, or health-system engagement roles.
Deep knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory environment, and payer landscape.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Mansioni

Lead and develop the Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement teams across payer and health-system stakeholders.
Engage with national payers, PBMs, and GPOs to inform coverage and formulary decisions.
Guide health-system engagement by translating evidence into care pathways and quality initiatives.
Collaborate across pillars to align real-world evidence, AI insights, and data for emerging clinical decision tools.
Own field budgets and ensure compliance with policies and governance across activities.
