Job summary

Sanofi US Services seeks a Head of Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement to lead the medical engagement strategy across payer and health-system stakeholders, overseeing three field-facing teams. You will position Sanofi as a strategic medical partner to payers, PBMs, and health systems—driving population-level outcomes and real-world evidence.

This role requires a 10+ year track record in field medical or payer engagements, an advanced medical degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Advanced medical or scientific degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
10+ years of related industry and clinical experience, including field medical or payer engagement roles.
Fluency in spoken and written business English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement team across payer and health-system stakeholders.
Engage with national payers, PBMs, and GPOs to inform coverage and formulary decisions.
Direct engagement with regional/state plans, tailoring evidence to populations.
Serve as enterprise medical lead for health systems, bringing Sanofi evidence into care pathways and quality initiatives.
Partner across pillars to enable AI/ML-enabled insights and real-world evidence for decision-making.
Define and track KPIs demonstrating medical value and oversee field engagement.
