Stryker is seeking a Communications Sales Representative to promote and sell Communications products to healthcare providers. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate value, and manage your territory to exceed goals.

Excellent service and problem-solving for clinicians are essential. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and completed field sales and product training programs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an outside sales position (medical or B2B preferred).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Field sales training and in‑house product training program provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Communications products to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate product value and conduct evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins with Regional Manager; aim to exceed goals.
