Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Communications Sales Representative to promote and sell advanced OR integration solutions. You will educate clinicians, coordinate product demonstrations in ORs and clinics, and support trade shows to drive market adoption and patient outcomes.

The role rewards strategic closers with a focus on relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and meeting ambitious sales objectives while traveling as needed and driving continuous value for customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of five years of commercial sales or medical field experience with OR exposure.
• Must negotiate price and terms and relay product knowledge to customers.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Stryker Communications products.
• Educates doctors, nurses, and staff on proper product use and maintenance.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assists in trade shows, conventions, or clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Solves product problems for customers expeditiously.
• May assist in training and development of sales personnel.
