Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Cleveland is seeking a Sales Representative for its Communications business. You will promote and sell Stryker Communications products, educate clinicians on proper use, and lead product evaluations in OR and office settings.

You may assist with trade shows and visits, reporting progress to the regional manager. The role requires 2-5 years in outside sales (medical background preferred) and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in an outside sales position; medical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or five years of commercial/sales experience in a related field.
• Ability to negotiate price and terms with customers.
• Fundamental product knowledge to educate customers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Stryker Communications products.
• Educates doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assists in trade shows, conventions, or clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Solves product problems promptly for customers.
• May assist in training and development of sales personnel.
