Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Communications Sales Representative in the United States to promote and sell communications products in OR and office settings. You will evaluate products at customer sites, demonstrate value, and relentlessly track territory progress while reporting wins to the Regional Manager.

You will support doctors and staff with product use and maintenance, providing exceptional service and responsive support.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
• Field sales training and in-house product training programs completed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Communications products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate product value.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager.
• Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed.

What you will do:

As a Communications Sales Representative, you strategically promote and sell Stryker Communications products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As a Communications Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need:

• Sales Draw + commission: $96k draw and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
