Stryker is seeking a Communications Sales Representative to promote and sell Communications products to healthcare providers. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate value, and manage your territory to exceed goals.

Excellent service and problem-solving for clinicians are essential. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred), a Bachelor's degree, and completed field sales and product training programs.

What you will do:

As a Communications Sales Representative, you strategically promote and sell Stryker Communications products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As a Communications Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need:

• 2 -5 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred)
• Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
• Field sales training
• In-house product training program

• Sales Draw + commission: $96k draw and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
