Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Communications Sales Representative to promote and sell our Communications products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate value to clients.

In this fast-paced role, you will systematically track your territory progress, share wins with your Regional Manager, and push to exceed every goal. You will address product questions onsite and ensure proper use and maintenance by doctors and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in outside sales, preferably medical-related or B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• In-house product training and field sales training provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Communications products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate product value.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager; strive to exceed goals.
• Onsite with clients, apply product knowledge to solve problems and instruct staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent service and be prepared to assist customers as needed.
