Job summary

PHM, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Supervisor, Strategy to lead pharma media planning for US-based clients. You will select media channels, guide cross-functional teams, and manage traffic and asset trackers from start to finish.

You will work with the Associate Director, Strategy to drive a unified media approach, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new business initiatives while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of media experience in pharma or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with the total marketing process and the strategic role of media.
• Experience with media planning tools (e.g., Clear Decisions).
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Select media channels and programs for assigned clients based on strategic media approach.
• Lead projects from start to finish and maintain account flowcharts and trackers.
• Oversee creation and management of Creative Asset Trackers and traffic workbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Mentor junior Strategy team and train on tools and processes.
• Support new business efforts as needed.
