Job summary

Publicis Health Media is seeking a Supervisor, Strategy who will select media channels for assigned clients, lead projects end-to-end, and coordinate with cross-functional partners. The role reports to the Associate Director, Strategy and supports multiple brands with data-driven media plans.

You will drive planning processes, ensure alignment with client needs, and push for continuous improvement across deliverables while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage people and projects.
• Proven ability to earn the respect of clients, internal partners, and peers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, clients, etc.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Selects media channels and programs for assigned clients based on strategic approach.
• Leads projects from start to finish and oversees traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with client needs.
• Pulls through overall media strategy on deliverables and budget rationale.
• Oversees creation and management of Creative Asset Trackers.
• Represents cross-functional teams in client and agency partner meetings.
