Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Project Management experience in the mechanical contracting industry.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Based in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical team.
• Deliver HVAC and related systems for medical and commercial clients on schedule and within budget.
• Own the P&L for Mechanical/Plumbing work.
• Own short- and medium-term labor planning.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to support projects.
• Collaborate with the PM team to smooth labor loading for Mechanical and Plumbing teams.
