The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, and related software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and operational issues.
• Provide leadership and accountability throughout project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
