Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in buying, purchasing, procurement, inventory control, materials management, or materials planning.
• Experience with inventory management, inventory counts, inventory audits, or cycle counting.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, purchasing, procurement, or materials tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement and purchasing activities based on inventory levels, production material requirements, and supply needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform counts, cycle counting, and audits for shop and production materials.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, pricing, and order quantities for accuracy.
• Analyze market trends, demand, cost fluctuations, inventory metrics, and sales data to support purchasing decisions.
• Track supplier and vendor purchases to support delivery, material availability, and quality.
