You will collaborate with internal and external partners to create realistic short- and long-term production plans, support CM suppliers, and manage inventory, logistics specs, and lead-time improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1-3 years in a high-performance manufacturing facility, cosmetics preferred.
• APICS, CIPM, or NAPM, CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage catalog of open stock SKUs and multiple contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Develop relationships with Contract Manufacturers and formalize processes.
• Monitor service levels, financials, and plan adherence against KPIs.
• Analyze monthly production plans and issue POs to CM(s).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead inventory management in co-manufacturing to hit budget targets.
