Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Materials Planning, SIOP in Tucson, AZ to manage material requirements across value streams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires energetic, independent workers capable of driving continuous improvement and coordinating with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams. Responsibilities include releasing work orders, tracking material through assembly, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet production and depot needs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Production Control, Logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet depot and production/customer requirements.
• Support analysis of Bills of Material in an MRP system; releasing work orders and tracking material through the assembly process.
• Provides support to material supply demand and prepares necessary work orders based on shop load and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering. Propose solutions to mitigate any work stoppage due to slips in material orders.
• Interface with internal customers. Leads projects and/or teams to accomplish continuous improvement.
• This position is an onsite role in our Tucson, AZ Facility.
