Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead material procurement for multiple programs within the Integrated Business Planning team in Tucson. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, ensure timely action on procurement plans, and drive continuous improvement in processes and metrics.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience with SAP/PRISM and Kinaxis, and an active DoD security clearance with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in relevant fields.
• Experience with SAP/PRISM, MRP, ADSUBCON.
• Experience with Maestro Kinaxis.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team supporting multiple programs and Raytheon sites.
• Support Program, Integrated Planning Lead (IPL), and Material Program Manager (MPM) on material procurement plans.
• Escalate constraints through Tiered accountability to Senior Cross functional leadership.
• Be responsible for managing team headcounts to appropriate accounting structure.
• Coach, train and develop your team and drive career development.
• Review and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in SAP per MRP or MPM PO plans.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement of standard processes and participate in process improvement teams.
• Coordinate cross functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
