SRCTec, LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Material Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in material planning and materials requirements tools. You will analyze strategic material usage, review forecast production and capacity plans, and support the S&OP and Master Production Schedule (MPS). You will guide leadership on material approvals and procurement strategy.

Location Syracuse, NY; employment type Full-Time Salaried. 4+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume or low-mix, high-volume environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Costpoint MRP systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization or query tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python).
• Strong communication and collaborative team skills.

Responsabilidades

• Determine strategic material requirements based on forecasted build levels in the S&OP.
• Provide reports to Senior Leadership on inventory, costs, and risks.
• Support long lead material procurement.
• Coordinate movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering.
• Review consignment material against forecasted requirements.
• Track consignment inventory burn down with status reports to program teams.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and actions for consignment usage and replenishment.
• Present data-driven suggestions to leadership on disposition of consigned components.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and respond to actions.
• Develop and schedule within the strategic material purchase program.
• Support development and execution of the Master Production Schedule.
