Job summary

RTX is seeking an Analyst, Materials Planning, SIOP in Goleta, CA to coordinate material availability with the production schedule and contractual requirements. The role collaborates with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure program execution in a high-mix, low-volume setting.

Onsite at the Goleta facility, the analyst will manage MRP and shop floor control, perform cycle counts, stock materials, and support shipments while maintaining schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Kit work orders and production materials in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Stock subassemblies and conduct routine cycle counts.
• Monitor and replenish factory inventory and resolve material shortages.
• Support suspension, evaluation and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Assist with contractual customer shipments and material expediting between facilities.
• Respond to factory requests for support and work across campus teams.
