Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a globally prominent manufacturing organization seeking a Materials Planner for their flagship facility. This role reports to the Senior Materials Manager and collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production scheduling and material flow, ensuring on-time delivery and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with material/inventory/production planning.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Proven ability to navigate MRP/ERP systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule manufacturing work flow for multiple shifts.
• Release purchase orders to suppliers based on production schedules.
• Review and manage inventory accuracy internally and externally (suppliers).
• Perform weekly forecasts.
• Resolve internal and external material/inventory issues.
