Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking a senior Supply Chain Manager to lead Planning, Materials, and Shipping for an 800+ employee campus.

Reporting to the VP/GM, you will own campus planning, production/inventory control, materials, and logistics. You will drive KPI improvements and mentor a team of 10 direct reports. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Materials/Supply Chain Management leadership experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
• Emphasis on Materials/Inventory Planning and Master Schedule ownership.
• Proven track record of improving departmental KPI's/deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Report to the VP/General Manager and work with the Global Director of Supply Chain.
• Own campus planning, production/inventory control, materials, and shipping for 800+ employee campus.
• Provide direction and leadership aligned with business goals and strategic plans.
• Influence demand and capacity planning.
• Lead problem solving and drive department process improvements.
