Job summary

Fortune 500 Manufacturing Organization seeks a Senior Materials Manager to lead Planning, Materials, and Shipping for a 1,000+ employee campus. You will report to the GM and closely collaborate with the Global Director of Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.

You will own the campus budget, drive demand and capacity planning, and lead KPI improvements across production and inventory control. This role also requires strong leadership of a ten-person team and effective interaction with

Qualifications

Degree is required for consideration.
3-5 years of Materials/Supply Chain Management leadership experience in a high speed manufacturing environment.
Experience leading Master Scheduling and inventory planning.
Proven track record of improving departmental KPI's/deliverables.

Responsibilities

Own campus planning, production/inventory control, and shipping for 1,000+ employee campus, including budget.
Lead and develop a team of 10 direct reports and interface with GM and Global Director of Supply Chain.
Influence demand and capacity planning and drive department process improvements and corrective actions.
Develop and track key metrics to support the department's strategic business plan.
Interface with customers and suppliers as appropriate to optimize the supply chain.
