Job summary

Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is hiring a Manager of Material Management & Flow to optimize warehouse operations and streamline material flow across our global manufacturing platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a technical field in supply chain management.
• 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of people management in material flow engineering and management, inventory control, or supply chain roles.
• 3+ years in a high-rate supply chain/manufacturing environment with heavy data usage.
• Ability to read technical documentation such as drawings and CAD data, understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and onsite in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement material management strategies to optimize material flow across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Coordinate with production planning to align material availability with schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Own KPIs and reporting for production line health (cycle time, throughput, capacity, utilization, non-conformities).
• Implement inventory control measures including cycle counting and regular audits.
• Utilize Oracle ERP and WMS (Odoo) to track inventory and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead value chain improvements from development to full rate production across programs.
