Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 years experience in materials management, warehousing, inventory control, or related operational roles, including 1 year managing professionals or programs; aviation or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnership: Align materials operations with objectives and customer expectations.
• Oversee flow of materials, inventory, and tools to support production, maintenance, and aftermarket activities.
• Champion warehousing, distribution, and production control best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives supporting business transformation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly with leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (FAA/EASA, hazmat, etc.).
