Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in materials management, warehousing, inventory control or related roles.
• Aviation or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, including the flow of materials and warehousing activities.
• Coordinate timely availability and delivery of materials, tools, and components for aircraft activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements (FAA/EASA, import/export, quality, hazmat).
• Maintain accurate records and system transactions related to inventory and movements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operations and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and distribution to support maintenance and production.
• Conduct performance reviews and training to foster continuous improvement.
• Provide clear communication between leadership and team for alignment.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in audits and forecasting.
