Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a Materials Management Advisor – Inventory to lead inventory strategy, data integrity, and planning across a regional site. You will drive KPI monitoring, partner with Finance and Operations, and mentor Inventory Analysts to optimize stock and costs.

The role focuses on demand forecasting, ERP master data, and continuous improvement of inventory processes, aiming to reduce surplus and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Materials Management / Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and reporting tools; SAP/MM preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, performance, and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations teams to optimize inventory and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Manage material master data and ensure ERP data integrity.
• Develop critical spare parts and MRO inventory strategies with Maintenance teams.
• Support demand planning, inventory level setting, and forecasting.
• Lead physical inventory counts, reconciliation, and surplus/obsolete inventory disposition.
• Support ERP deployments and inventory management process improvements.
• Manage and mentor Inventory Analysts.
