Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks a Materials Management Advisor (Inventory) to optimize regional/site inventory, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure ERP data integrity across the region.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, inventory performance, and alignment with OMS/MMcp processes, with leadership of the Inventory team and involvement in ERP readiness for regional deployment.

Qualifications

MM related process and systems knowledge with ERP exposure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a matrix organization.
Strong commercial skills and ability to make economical decisions.
Understanding of equipment and materials used in energy sector.
Knowledge of statistical analysis or inventory modelling.
Field experience in inventory control, warehouse, or inbound logistics in energy sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy.
Collaborate with Line, Finance and Procurement to optimize inventory and minimize TCO.
Ensure OMS/MMcp and inventory accounting requirements are met for region/site.
Monitor KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Lead Inventory analysts and promote learning and development.
Ensure data integrity of material master records in ERP and linkage to critical assets.
