Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience with MM processes and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement and MM teams.
• Experience in oil & gas or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture material demand and coordinate with procurement and MM teams to meet needs.
• Use demand planning tools to improve scheduling accuracy.
• Identify risks and prioritize mitigation for material demand.
• Manage MM service providers' performance per defined scope.
• Develop and monitor annual team performance and resource plans.
• Identify excess and surplus inventory and actions.
• Provide strategic direction and align activities with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with demand planning requirements.
• Develop resource plans ensuring required enablers.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain performance.
• Participate in Material Coordination network.
• Drive data and process standards with Process & Systems guidance.
