Job summary

Hollingsworth is seeking a Material Planner who will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of components required for service kits. This role will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage material flow effectively and will focus on problem-solving and proactive risk management.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, with proficiency in SAP and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate lead times and resolve delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and procure required components for service kits.
• Issue and manage purchase orders/releases for suppliers.
• Expedite materials and drive on-time delivery performance.
• Communicate shipment changes and date adjustments to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and system data for all kit-related planning.
