• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel to track information and updates.
• Experience expediting materials and resolving shortages for production needs.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and carriers quickly.
• Independent and collaborative work style in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review demand, schedules, inventory, open orders, and supplier commitments.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers on delivery dates.
• Communicate demand changes and recovery actions to customers and teams.
• Support shipping-into-production by coordinating shipment priorities and docs.
• Maintain accurate program records, system data, and shortage tracking.
• Resolve PO, receipt, invoice, quantity, pricing, or quality discrepancies.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to update customers and resolve issues.
• Support supplier performance tracking and continuous-improvement activities.
