Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Material Planner in Charlotte, MI to oversee demand forecasting, inventory control, and supplier coordination for a smooth materials flow from supplier to production. You will drive improvements, manage POs, and partner with Purchasing, Operations and Finance to optimize stock levels and delivery performance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, attention to detail, and a track record of meeting schedules in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years material planning experience in manufacturing.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned parts and suppliers, including all problem resolutions.
• Develop suppliers to improve delivery performance and inventory control.
• Coordinate engineering changes and build schedules with suppliers and production.
• Maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing surpluses.
• Examine MRP daily/weekly to produce supplier releases.
• Launch, schedule, defer, expedite, and cancel POs to maintain inventory.
• Monitor and update supplier lead times for system accuracy.
• Facilitate supplier understanding of delivery expectations via reports.
