Job summary

THG is seeking a Customer Account Planner at Bentley Labs in Edison, NJ. You will manage orders, forecasting, and production readiness, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams to meet monthly revenue targets.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in planning, strong Excel skills (Power BI and VBA a plus), and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role supports GMP-compliant cosmetics production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in planning, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform logical analysis to address business challenges.
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel – Power BI and VBA knowledge a plus.
• Ability to filter and prioritize information sources and identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order lifecycle from receipt through shipment, coordinating production materials and logistics to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to align forecasts with shipped revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Sales and Cost Accounting to confirm pricing structures that protect margin.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with proactive, transparent communication.
• Process purchase orders in the ERP/MRP system and provide confirmations within two business days.
• Review Bills of Materials for new orders and flag shortages.
• Create no-charge POs to receive customer-supplied components and ensure on-time delivery.
