Job summary

Critical Loop is seeking a Production Master Scheduler to drive efficient production by developing rate-based schedules, forecasting long‑term resource needs, and tracking constraints across builds while collaborating with teams to meet daily and weekly goals aligned with customer milestones.

You will lead scheduling across product lines, project need dates, optimize staffing, and negotiate priorities with leadership, leveraging ERP/MRP data to prevent shortages and keep builds moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in manufacturing scheduling or planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.
• Ability to analyze capacity, hazards, and negotiate priorities with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated production scheduling across product lines and identify part and staffing needs.
• Create rate-based schedules and track constraints across builds.
• Project long-term resource needs and manage schedule risk at work centers.
• Negotiate priorities with leadership and optimize hardware allocations.
• Use ERP/MRP data to identify shortages and drive solutions to progress builds.
• Set and track daily/weekly goals, aligning with customer delivery milestones.
