Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston seeks a Senior Scheduler to own the enterprise master schedule and align demand, capacity, materials, and production execution.

You will partner with the Master Scheduler to coordinate long-range planning, weekly cycles, and shop floor execution while providing customer-facing schedule feedback within 48 hours of notice. The role requires strong ERP/MRP proficiency, advanced scheduling methods, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production scheduling, master scheduling, or capacity planning.
• Experience providing customer-facing delivery and capability updates.
• Experience supporting long-range and short-range schedules.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a rolling 12–24 month enterprise master schedule.
• Provide customer-facing capability and delivery feedback within 48 hours of request.
• Collaborate with Master Scheduler to align long-range and short-term schedules.
• Drive monthly SIOP and weekly scheduling cycles for operational readiness.
• Track schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and production throughput.
