Job summary

Wrought Washer Mfg., Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Senior Production Scheduler to own the master production schedule and drive capacity planning across manufacturing operations.

This strategic role focuses on solving complex production challenges, improving processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to keep manufacturing running efficiently. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop meaningful dashboards, and champion on-time delivery and productivity improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule to meet demand and optimize efficiency.
• Develop schedules from demand, inventory, and capacity data.
• Apply RCCP, finite/infinite scheduling, TOC, and DDMRP concepts.
• Monitor inventory, production needs, and planning actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Leadership to align priorities.
• Lead daily/weekly scheduling meetings and manage risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
• Design and maintain production dashboards (adherence, capacity, WIP aging).
