Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Master Scheduler for our Devens, MA site. This on-site role manages the Master Production Schedule (MPS), drives S&OP, and ensures demand, capacity and resources align with company goals.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in master scheduling/demand planning, strong English proficiency, SAP/MRP experience, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration to optimize production and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a process-oriented role as master scheduler or demand planner.
• Proficient in English and able to follow written procedures and policies.
• Experience with demand planning tools and SAP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sitewide demand plan/forecast driving the MRP system.
• Lead S&OP execution aligning plan with capacity and schedules.
• Develop and implement production schedules and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with planning team and production managers to maintain production plan.
