Safran Trusted 4D, Inc. in West Henrietta, NY is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead S&OP-driven scheduling and master production planning across global supply chains. You will collaborate with Sales Admin, Production, and Purchasing to optimize demand accuracy and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in materials planning, strong MRP knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience with Excel and Power BI. A continuous improvement mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in materials management or planning.
• Experience running monthly S&OP meetings and setting up Demand Planning in ERP.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and rough-cut capacity planning.
• Supply chain certifications preferred (APICS, ISM, CPSM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, planning tools, and Power BI; interest in web development.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, work independently and document work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the S&OP process with Sales to assess opportunities and risks.
• Develop Master Production Schedule and adjust based on S&OP inputs.
• Prepare data for S&OP and use it to create forecasts.
• Manage demand planning in ERP and monitor for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production Planner on scheduling and inform Sales Admin.
• Collaborate to identify issues for order reschedules and execution.
• Implement planning strategies to improve on-time delivery and efficiency.
