Job summary

Qualifications

• Operations, Business, or related discipline required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production scheduling and planning processes.
• Experience working within MRO Repair station or operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and maintains the master production schedule to support operational efficiency, customer delivery requirements, and inventory objectives.
• Coordinates closely with production, materials, supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams to balance demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Ensures schedules align with business priorities while identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities to improve production flow and schedule performance.
• May provide guidance and leadership to planners or scheduling personnel.
• All roles at Signia are expected to support the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, collaboration, and customer focus.
• AOG/Expedite Support: Coordinate expedited repairs and AOG requirements by identifying the critical path and ensuring necessary resources are aligned to meet required delivery dates.
• Communicate schedule changes, production priorities, and deadlines to production lead & customer service team members.
• Analyze production performance metrics and recommend schedule adjustments or process improvements
• Support capacity planning and long-range production forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate planning data within ERP/MRP systems
• Ensure production schedules support customer commitments and operational objectives
• Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to planners or scheduling staff as needed
