Lil' Drug Store Products is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to align demand, inventory and capacity to optimize service and efficiency across the organization. The role emphasizes converting forecasts into actionable production and procurement plans using ERP tools.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in planning within manufacturing or distribution, with strong data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in Microsoft ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Experience with logistics and freight is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft ERP systems preferred.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams in manufacturing/operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term master production schedules.
• Convert demand forecasts into production and procurement plans.
• Leverage ERP systems and reporting platforms to support planning activities.
• Support SIOP and integrated business planning processes.
• Manage inventory levels and material availability to optimize working capital and service.
• Coordinate schedule changes and communicate across departments.
• Monitor schedules for disruptions and work with Purchasing to mitigate.
