Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in operations and supply chain management.
• Strong background in operations.
• Intermediate skill level Microsoft Windows, AS400 and SAP.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling, monitoring and adjusting the forecast to meet the business needs.
• Monitor and ensure adequate inventory level for all branches to meet the business's service level.
• Prepare WIP reports in AS400.
• Coordinate with Warehouse team and set shipping priority according to consumption rate for each branch.
• Ensure adequate raw materials availability for production.
• Lead day-to-day activities of team and provide guidance.
