Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated master production schedule based on business plans, shipments, inventory and capacity.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Production, Procurement and Engineering to align resources with schedules.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery), identify risks and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to maximize capacity utilization and efficiency.
• Communicate production schedules to staff and adjust plans as needed.
