Job summary

Dover Food Retail, a Dover Corporation unit, is seeking a Master Scheduler in Conyers, GA. The role ensures the master production schedule aligns with demand, capacity, and inventory targets while coordinating across Sales, Procurement, Production, and Engineering to optimize material flow and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in planning, a strong MRP/ERP background, and experience in discrete manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand and forecasts.
• Translate forecasts and orders into detailed production schedules and balance resources.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Manufacturing leadership to address bottlenecks.
• Maintain ERP/MRP parameters and data integrity, lead times and BOMs.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling.
