Job summary

Dover Corporation in Conyers, GA is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule, aligning demand, inventory objectives, and capacity with company goals.

The role coordinates Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to optimize material flow, throughput, and on-time delivery, while analyzing demand, inventory health, and supplier constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of production planning, scheduling, supply chain or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand, forecasts, and inventory targets.
• Translate sales forecasts and customer orders into detailed production schedules.
• Balance production requirements against labor, machine, and material capacity constraints.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to meet changing business conditions.
• Conduct finite and infinite capacity planning analyses.
