Job summary

TRMI, Inc. in Battle Creek, MI seeks an experienced production planning leader to own the Master Production Schedule and capacity planning across short-, mid-, and long-range horizons, balancing demand with manufacturing capabilities.

You will lead SIOP activities, analyze demand, capacity, labor, and equipment constraints, and partner with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and site leadership to align the operating plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong MRP knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and capacity planning.
• Develop rolling production plans across horizons; balance demand and capacity.
• Lead SIOP reviews and present recommendations to management.
• Analyze demand, capacity, labor, and equipment constraints.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and site leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and lead times.
