Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roles of progressively increasing responsibilities in production planning in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of MRP computer systems is strongly preferred
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and planning meetings
• Experience implementing Master Scheduling in large plants preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site's Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and rolling production plans
• Create 3-, 6-, and 12-month capacity and staffing plans
• Analyze demand, capacity, labor availability, and equipment utilization
• Lead SIOP and scenario planning meetings
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and site leadership
• Monitor planning performance with key metrics
• Maintain accurate planning data and reports
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling accuracy and lead times
• Perform other duties as assigned
