You will balance customer demand with production capacity, staffing, and inventory, lead SIOP reviews, and partner across functions to align on the operating plan. Strong analytical, data, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible production planning roles in manufacturing.
• Experience creating and maintaining master production schedules and capacity plans.
• Knowledge of MRP logic, scheduling, capacity planning, and cost accounting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site's Master Production Schedule (MPS) balancing demand, capacity, staffing, inventory and constraints.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, weekend, and rolling production plans to support customer requirements.
• Lead SIOP processes and present staffing, capacity, and production recommendations to management.
• Monitor planning performance metrics including schedule attainment, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Finance and site leadership to align on the operating plan.
