Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, seeks a skilled supply chain professional to own the master production schedule across product groups. You will coordinate demand, capacity, and inventory to meet customer delivery targets in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You’ll work with operations, procurement, finance, and product management, ensuring accurate planning data and timely execution while supporting new product introductions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or supply planning roles.
• Experience with SIOP/IBP and ERP/planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the master production schedule for assigned product groups, plants, or value streams.
• Reviews demand, inventory, capacity, material availability, and production constraints to identify imbalances and propose solutions.
• Supports monthly SIOP/IBP preparation with planning analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborates with operations, materials, procurement, and finance to align plans with demand and capacity.
• Monitors schedule attainment, forecast consumption, and MRP outputs for readiness and delivery commitments.
• Maintains planning data, BOMs, lead times, and safety stock assumptions.
• Coordinates cross-functional reviews of constraints and priorities, escalating issues as needed.
• Supports new product introductions, transitions, and phase-outs with impact analyses.
• Prepares reports and dashboards communicating plan status and risks.
