Job summary

Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cary, NC, is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to drive strategic execution within the U.S. Commercial organization.

This role leads cross-functional initiatives, including events, assets, and governance, while owning select programs from planning through post-program assessment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/commercial operations, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/commercial operations experience.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
• Experience supporting tactical execution within brand marketing or commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead core program functions for the Marketing organization including events, assets, governance processes, and tools.
• Own assigned omnichannel tactics and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery against objectives.
• Manage vendor onboarding, budgets, and accruals in partnership with Finance.
• Coordinate meetings, congresses, speaker programs, and advisory boards.
• Track progress and provide status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve scalability.
